November 5th, in Kunshan Baojing Laserwelding Co,Ltd,Jinxi eco industrial zone ,technicians are testing the self-made, fully automatic laser welding equipment : press the start button, two cold-rolled steel plate with different thickness and made of different material , instantly realizes perfect docking after going through the laser automatic welding production line. Two integrated steel plate, after the tremendous force pulling in the laboratory, and the fracture of steel plate,the weld joint is kept unmoved.

 With such technology, the company has become the first  laser welding private enterprisesin the country who has set foot in the field of automotive.

 

In the past, Chinese enterprises imported  laser automatic  welding production line from German, with the price of up to tens of millions of yuan for one, the cost is shocking high. Today, since the development of the company's laser automatic welding production line, the cost of business.been reduced a lot. "After this, the equipment cost is only 1/4 of the imported cost, while the labor cost is saved more than a half, and the production capacity has doubled." Li Guoxin, chairman of the company said, “we also mastered the techniques for two devices to work together for the welding ,  three pieces of direct welding can be achieved, further reducing the cost and the same time improved the development level of domestic laser welding equipment."
