November 13 th, Zhejiang Holy Laser Technology Co., Ltd. has officially applied for The New Third Board Listing recently , the listing of its material was released in National stock transfer system on November 9th . Bulletin revealed that the company was established in September ,2006, and in September ,2015 the stock transfer was finished, chairman Lu Wei accounted for 70.16%  shares of the total , and is also the actual controller of the company.
