產(chǎn)品涵蓋了頻率范圍為2MHz、13.56 MHz、27.12 MHz、40.68 MHz、60 MHz、81.36 MHz和100 MHz等常用頻率，并且可以與客戶(hù)合作研發(fā)及維護(hù)從1 MHz到400 MHz間任意頻率，功率范圍從10W至10KW的全固態(tài)射頻電源（RF電源）。

The output frequencies are 2MHz/13.56 MHz/27.12 MHz/40.68 MHz/60 MHz/81.36 MHz and 100 MHz,etc.Any output frequency from 1MHz to 400MHz can be cooperated researched,developed and maintained with foreign customers.Power range is from 10w to 10kw of the Soil-state RF power supply (RF power supply).

全固態(tài)射頻電源主要特點(diǎn)：
