平頂光束整形器

       通常激光器發(fā)出的激光束的空間強(qiáng)度分布呈高斯分布,即高斯光束,在高功率固體激光器和放大器的應(yīng)用中,高斯光束的強(qiáng)度過于集中在中心部分,易導(dǎo)致激光晶體和光學(xué)元件的損傷。通過平頂光束整形器可以將高斯光束整形為光強(qiáng)均勻分布的平頂光束。平頂光束把強(qiáng)度分散在整個(gè)光斑尺寸中,可以大大提高高功率激光的損傷閾值。此外,平頂光束整形器還廣泛應(yīng)用于激光的醫(yī)學(xué)臨床應(yīng)用、激光打孔、刻槽、激光材料加工、光學(xué)信息處理、存儲(chǔ)和記錄等對(duì)激光光束均勻性有較高要求的領(lǐng)域中。
